Obstetrics
The physicians at John A. Haugen Associates provide complete obstetrical care from conception, through delivery, and postpartum care.

Our doctors are highly skilled in managing both routine and high risk pregnancies. It is our goal to guide you through the pregnancy and help make it a wonderful experience that is tailored to your preferences.

All of our patients have their first prenatal visit at approximately 8 weeks gestation. We take time to explain the course of your prenatal care and to answer your questions. Obstetrical ultrasounds are available in all of our offices for your convenience. Our ultrasonographers are certified in nuchal transluceny measurements for first trimester screening.

All of our physicians deliver babies at both The Mother Baby Center at Abbott Northwestern Hospital and Fairview Southdale Hospital. We work closely with Maternal-Fetal Medicine specialists if needed in high risk pregnancies. The Mother Baby Center at Abbott Northwestern Hospital is also connected to Children’s Hospital and Clinics of Minnesota.
